Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalised items, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
